Details

The TY-105 is a cylindrical induction motor with a silver body, a black end cap and a long shaft carrying a flat cut for secure coupling. It is intended for applications that need smooth, continuous rotation at a constant speed, with minimal electrical noise and low maintenance. Because induction motors have no brushes or commutators, they run quietly and last a long time, making the TY-105 appropriate for dough mixers, noodle machines, small compressors, laboratory agitators, packaging lines and stage equipment. The silver aluminum alloy body is lightweight and conducts heat efficiently, while the black plastic end cap protects the bearing and winding terminals from dust and gives the motor a tidy, finished appearance. The long shaft accommodates belts, couplings and gear reducers without needing extension adapters, and the flat cut prevents slip under heavy start-up torque. A precisely balanced rotor, which is aligned with tight clearances, helps the motor to maintain a stable speed even when the load changes. Windings are made of copper wire and coated with varnish to resist moisture, and a start capacitor can be included in the leads or fitted externally according to your design. The TY-105 is available in single-phase configurations for ordinary mains power, and different pole numbers can be chosen to set the speed range. In contrast to the high-speed ty-104, which sacrifices smoothness for velocity, the TY-105 gives a calm, steady drive suited to equipment that must run for hours without interruption. Its straightforward construction also makes it easy to service, and spare parts such as end caps and bearings can be supplied separately. If you are replacing a motor in an existing machine, send the shaft diameter, length, flange pattern and power rating so that we can match it closely.
