The TY-053 is a round, white motor with a wide flat plate around its body, marked by several mounting holes and a small raised hub in the middle. The wide plate is the key to its use: it spreads the mounting load across a large area and can be bolted directly to a sheet metal panel, a fan shroud or a duct wall, allowing the motor to function as the drive centre of an axial fan. Compared with motors that hang from small ears, the flange plate offers superior rigidity, which is crucial when the fan blade is long and when the equipment vibrates, such as in heavy refrigeration compressors or truck-mounted systems. The white colour is the result of a powder coating that resists chipping and weathering, while also making dust and oil film easy to spot during inspections. Inside, the motor delivers steady torque suited to larger blades, and its shaft is centered with exceptional accuracy to keep the blade true. Bearings are chosen for continuous running with low noise, and the winding insulation tolerates elevated ambient temperatures commonly found near compressors and heat exchangers. The central hub provides a clear location point for the blade and can be adapted for various hub sizes. As the plate has multiple holes, it can be used in different bolting patterns, helping customers replace older motors without drilling new holes in the frame.
