Details

The T-50 is a compact round-housing spin motor designed for the dewatering tub of twin-tub washing machines. Its smooth, rounded casing and low, flat profile let it sit neatly beneath the spin basket, while a pre-wired lead with a green-yellow ground wire makes connection to the control circuit quick and clear for assembly-line workers. Unlike the triangular-bracket models in our spin motor range, the T-50 relies on a circular body with a centered mounting seat, a practical choice for appliance makers whose chassis uses a round motor base. Spin dryers demand a motor that reaches working speed within seconds, holds it steadily while the basket is unevenly loaded, and survives hundreds of cycles without losing torque. The T-50 is built around a single-phase induction design with a precisely balanced rotor and a sleeve-type shaft seat, which keeps vibration and running noise low even at full speed. The shaft extends cleanly from the top of the housing and can be matched to common brake-drum and coupling dimensions on request. Heat is the main enemy of a small dewatering motor working in a damp laundry room.
