Details

The ty-102 is a large-diameter motor with a black outer housing and a bright silver shaft, built for applications where a calm, quiet and forceful drive is needed. The wide, shallow body points to an outer-rotor or large-stator design, in which a larger rotor diameter generates more torque at lower rotational speed, an advantage for machines that need direct drive without a gearbox. The matte black shell provides sound damping and heat radiation, and it contrasts clearly with the polished shaft, which is fixed to a stable bearing set. Because torque is available at low speed, the ty-102 suits turntables, rotating signage, slow ventilation fans, large display equipment, sewing machine tables and direct-drive blowers. Eliminating a belt or gear reduces both noise and maintenance work, which is why designers who have grown tired of pulley wear often prefer this motor architecture. The housing is stamped from steel with strengthening ribs so the shape remains stable under load, and the surface coating is resistant to scratches and oxidation. Winding insulation is selected for continuous operation, and the heat generated by the stator is distributed across a large area, so temperature rise remains modest. It also tends to run with low vibration thanks to a balanced rotor and a larger moment of inertia that smooths out torque ripple.
